Present it in the meeting, or send a link they just click.

When a deliverable is ready, present it full-screen in the meeting, or send a link the client opens directly — no account to create, no portal to figure out, no friction between your work and their eyes. They click and see a polished, branded deliverable.

  • Full-screen present mode for in-meeting delivery.
  • Clients open a link — no login, no account, no PDF attachment.

You stay in control after you hit send.

An emailed PDF is gone the moment it leaves your outbox — forwarded anywhere, kept forever. A PREZENTD link stays yours: encrypted, set to expire when you choose, and revocable the moment you need to cut off access. It's a more security-forward way to deliver the work firms are already sending out every week.

  • Set links to expire; revoke access on demand.
  • Links stay off search engines — never indexed, never cached.

The client always sees exactly what you shared.

Keep improving your templates without a second thought — what a client received stays fixed at the moment you presented it. No silent rewrites, no surprises, no drift between what you said and what their link shows.

  • Snapshots keep shared content fixed at the moment you presented it.
  • Template edits never alter links you have already sent.

Your disclosures, on everything, automatically.

Nobody on your team has to remember to paste in the disclosure. Set your firm's default once and it renders on every shared deliverable — with overrides per template or per version when a specific piece needs different language. You decide what appears; PREZENTD does not approve content for compliance.

  • Set once at the firm level; override per template or version when needed.
  • Firms control disclosures and review; the app does not approve compliance.

Questions advisors actually ask

Does my client need a PREZENTD account to view a deliverable?

No. Presentation links open directly with no login and no account. The recipient clicks the link and sees the branded deliverable.

How are presentation links kept secure?

Each link is a public but token-protected URL. Links are encrypted, can be time-bounded, and are revocable and rotatable at any time. They are served without indexing or caching, so they stay off search engines.

Can I cut off access after I have shared a link?

Yes. You can revoke or rotate a link whenever you need to. Access stays firm-controlled even after the deliverable has left your screen.

Will the client see changes if I edit the template later?

No. Each link renders from a version snapshot, so it stays fixed at what you shared. Editing the underlying template afterward does not change links you have already sent.

Do my disclosures show up on shared deliverables?

Yes. Disclosure text is firm-controlled and renders with every share. You can set it at the organization, template, or version level. PREZENTD applies what you configure; it does not approve content for compliance — that review remains yours.
